Extra Virgin Olive Oil
A very delicate oil produced from our cultivars.
A perfect oil for flavoring salads or fish dishes, but also for bruschetta, or to pour raw on the finest pastas.
The characteristics of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil:
– Harvested at veraison as we have been doing for over 25 years
– Olives at 700 meters between Piglio and Serrone where the fly is almost absent

Tips for correct storage
To keep the sensorial and nutritional properties of our oil intact for longer: close the container tightly after each use, use dark bottles and store the product below 20°C (the optimal range is between 12 and 18°C) away from light and heat sources.
Once opened, the 5 liter aluminum can must be divided into airtight bottles of 250, 500 or 750 ml (capacity depending on the family unit).
The 3 liter Bag in Box, on the other hand, is an excellent solution, inside it has a bag that shrinks every time we take oil from the tap, thus avoiding the problem of the presence of oxygen. Solution we recommend!
