Foretano
An artisanal red wine with great structure
Foretano is made exclusively from Cesanese di Affile grapes grown according to biodynamic farming principles.
After manual harvesting and careful selection, the grapes are pressed in stainless steel where spontaneous fermentation takes place.
After racking and complete and spontaneous malolactic fermentation, the wine ages in stainless steel for approximately 10 months, followed by a further 7 months of bottle aging.
No oenological additives are used throughout the entire winemaking process, and the wine is not clarified or filtered.
